During the recent heat wave my elderly parents received excellent customer service from your diagnostic team, and installation team. I would like to acknowledge them.
A bedroom reverse cycle air conditioner was diagnosed as "dead". I believe it was Jason (Jason, Installation Manager) who ensured that the remaining system was enhanced by the pedastal fan to cool their bedrooms as best as possible, and that my elderly parents were as comfortable as possible in the extreme heat conditions.
They were equally impressed with the on time service they received the next day to install the new system. They live in the Retirement Village, and praise the service of Devilees to all and sundry."
